Received a NFMT-1 as a gift and absolutly non functionnal...
Four tries with four different usb key and an i-pod (in hdd mode) and always the same diagnostic :
- seems to have an emission cause we don't ear no radio white noise anymore...
- ...but neither music from the keys 
I've just seen that perhaps we have to format them on FAT32... Really ? Don't know why ?
May be we can upload soft or firmware ?
Help em please... Really dislike receiving such bullshit present

Yes, you need to format your key in fat32
Their is no unofficial firmware or other...
If your nfmt-1 don't work in fat32 ==> hotline @ neonumeric.com
